Our mission
With the rapid economic development in China, especially for the strong requests from our key account customers such as Wal-Mart and Carrefour, HCD Global is planning to coach some of our best staffs from the key account to establish tertiary education business division. We are going to gradually expand our business by using the model of ordering-intern and labeling-education in order to provide best staffs and talented managers for our Top500 clients in the world and Top100 enterprises in China.
With the increasing enrollment in high education schools and the thorough revolution of China Higher Education, especially the popularity of high education, a large number of college graduates are unable to meet the requirements of enterprises in a long period time which becomes the basic reason for labor shortage for enterprises and difficult job hunting for college students. With ten years executive training experience and reputation in the consume goods and retail industries, HCD Global realized that it is necessary to make some contributions to college students’employment.
HCD tertiary education program is accordingly created. HCD tertiary education program will help the unemployed or college students to find a great job by using the innovative model which combines famous facilitators’courses of high intension, quality and practical exercises. The program will help to provide the best qualified employees and managers for Top500 enterprises in the world and those among Top100 in China. It will also help the government to solve the college students’employment issues and finally let students own a dignified position in the society.
Project Overview
HCD tertiary enducation program, guided by the tertiary education business division under HCD Global, cooperates with first-rate management teams in this industry and builds a big platform for education industry. Our short term goals are: In the first year, students will attend a five months' training course (two months' high intensive teaching + three months' intern) in one to two regions. Ensure that over 95% of them can successfully be employed by providing satisfactory talents for enterprises in cooperation with us and achieve praises among the students and the enterprises as well as establish professional image for HCD College in order to create a solid foundation for future development.
