Before joining HCD, Ms. Yu worked as regional Director at ManPower. Prior to this, she worked as the manager of the investment promotion department at a foreign-invested enterprise service center in Sichuan Province, sales coordinator of the Chengdu branch of Switzerland EM Testing company and  Executive Manager of Chengdu DiAo Pharmaceutical Company.

She has more than fourteen years of working experience, including eight years as a business operator, four years related to government which allowed her to accumulate a wealth of industry and marketing analysis knowledge, three years of regional management experience giving her the capability to foresee industry trends, and lastly, more than ten years of team leading and training experience.
