Finance Controller

Main Responsibilities:

• Audit all the payment requisition, handle salary payment and allocation, monitor company’s accounting transactions and ledger, involve into accounting closing job, generate financial report
• Provide detail monthly analysis management report package, submit report to CEO, make PRC statutory financial report, work out presentation material for accounting meeting in order to help management easily know the result of company operation and make relevant decision in time
• Lead the company to develop an annual operation/budget planning procedures, including planning the capital demand
• Review all of the operational workflow and make necessary optimization to the business process
• Cooperate with BD departments, draft the detailed sales commission plan and project incentive plan; provide the top management with the timely and accurate financial data for making appropriate decisions and achieve company target
• Establish and improve the company's financial management system, and monitor the implementation of financial system
• Train and establish company's excellent financial team
• Participate in drawing up company's strategic development goals and routes; drawing up financial plans according to company's development
• Participate in the capital operation of projects research, feasibility analysis, planning and negotiations
• Provide financial advice and decision support on the company's significant investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions and other business activities, and participate in risk assessment, guidance, track and control
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with finance, taxation, banking, securities and other relevant government departments, as well as accounting firms and other related agencies

Key Requirement:

• Have a good grasp of China GAAP、US GAAP and IFRS, with strong ability to solve complex accounting issues
• Have good leadership, organization and coordination skills
• High efficiency as well as detail-oriented
• Have excellent people management skills and good communication skills
• Modeling SAP, Sun Account System, Microsoft Excel and Access
• Have good written and oral skills both in Chinese and English
