Main responsibilities:
- Find out and evaluate the training needs of the current clients or prospective organizations and clients, initiate selling processes
- Extend, expand and integrate relationships with current and prospective organizations and clients
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients in order to gain trust and respect
- Promote company's products and services
Key requirements:
- Previous experience with consulting and training companies preferred
- Solid track record in business development or key account management
- High energy, result-oriented;
- Excellent English and Chinese language skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, professional attitude and maturity
- Excellent presentation skills
