Main Responsibilities:
Work with industry director and industry expert on:
- Communicate and follow up of existing and potential clients, understanding the training and consulting needs of clients of FMCG/Retail industry
- Collect, analyze client’s information and training or consulting needs, work with industry director and industry expert on the training and consulting project proposal
- Implement the training and consulting project with industry director and industry expert;
Key requirements:
- Strong professional track record: 3years + total work experience within FMCG/Retail industry
- In-depth understanding of the FMCG/Retail industry
- Experience in Category Management
- Strong problem solving skills
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel as well as Internet research proficiency
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficiency in English
- A curiosity and passion for learning and can thrive in a team environment
- Leadership potential
