BHG coaching for store manager in- house program successfully held in Beijing this July

On 28 July, 2011, HCD Global was invited by Beijing Hualian to give a one-day coaching program for 30 store managers, potential store managers and operation management staff. The theme of the program is “how to cultivate your subordinate”.

The main facilitator for this program is Mr. Wu Junlong who is a retail industry expert in HCD. Mr Wu has more than 20 years’ management experience in retail industry and he used to be a senior manager in Operation, Purchasing, HR, General management and etc. for variety famous retail industry companies, such as RT-Mart, Lotte Mart, Eastern Cash & Carry, Homax, The Times and etc.Mr. Wu shared his rich experience and distinct opinions with the participants about time management, understanding your subordinate, how to use the influence and how to cultivate successors, etc.All the participants agreed that middle managers like them in retail industry are very easy to be taken a lot of time by some emergencies and trivial things, and for other important work, such as understanding and cultivating subordinate are always be ignored. That is why they felt that their subordinate grew slowly and were lack of responsibility. After the one-day’s program, they are not only understood the importance of cultivating subordinate, but also learned many practical methods about how to cultivate their subordinate. They hope that HCD will bring them more and more similar programs like this time.
