Great Success for Key Account Management OEP on Aug. 20-21

There were nearly 50 Yifeng staff from national national wide Management Institutions, products and operation lines from Hubei Northern Hunan and Changsha companies branches took part in participated in the Category Management and Pricing Management which was facilitated by Madam Ms Xiao Ye, the Industry Director of HCD Global.
Madam Ms Xiao mainly concentrates on solutions offering for senior managers in Retail and Consumer Goods industries, including Retail Strategy, Category Management, Strategic Pricing, Marketing Management, Leadership and etc.
During the training, the facilitator let participants think positively by offering the advanced ideas. And all participants got the knowledge by Category Management operational simulation and Pricing cases exercise, which not only broadened their view, but also improved their skills of products management. With Madam Ms Xiao’s brilliant explanation, the participants started a drastic discussion to Yifeng’s practical problems by combining the theory and practice. The class atmosphere was well managed and full of enthusiasm.
The participants benefited a lot from the two-day’s program. Everybody filled up the Learning Result Checking List after the program to apply what they learned to their daily work. This is also what HCD Global, an advanced education group which offers management consulting and training for senior managers wants to see. This is what HCD willing to see as an advanced education group for offering management consulting and training to senior managers.

On Aug. 20-21, 2011, the Key Account Management OEP was held successfully in HCD’s new classroom newly renovated classroom. The participants came from different areas, such as KA Manager from Traditional Consumer Goods industry, KA Chief Officer and National Sales Manager from Professional Hair hair dying Products industry.

The facilitator, Mr. Zhou Jian, is an industry expert from HCD Global. Mr. Zhou used to work for several overseas-funded enterprises, such as the industry of FMGG, Sports Goods, Tobacco and International Logistics with positions of GM, Channel Sales Manager and Channel Sales Chief Officer, etc.

The program aims at practical operational staff, which can help them to understand the responsibilities definition, building structure and features of KA sales team, understand their roles and value, analyze and understand their business improvement factors and make an effective KA business development plan.

After two days’ theory introduction, cases study and scenarios simulation, all participants said they benefited a lot from the program. Mainly because the program emphasizes on practice and exercise, and all the way of thinking, the methods and tools can be combined with the daily work. Everybody expects more serial programs from HCD Global.
