Negotiation Simulation

  • Stimulate the process of cooperation and game for both retailers and suppliers. Participants play two different roles, key account managers of suppliers as well as procurement managers of retailers in a simulated market environment, to conduct face- to- face negotiations exercises.
  • Help procurement and commodity managers to exercise and improve negotiation capacity using the closest practical way in risk-free environment.
