Before joining HCD, Ms. Chen worked at a Belgium consulting company as Admin Director. She then joined VOL and was responsible for daily operation of Bund 18. She also served as a consultant focusing on strategic marketing management and strategic HR management in HCD Global. She has done consulting work for clients including Coca-Cola, GE, Netease, Lianhua Supermarket, Good Home, Sinopec, HKUST, CEIBS, etc.
