Mr Guo is mainly responsible for business development over the country, key account management and management of agency channels. Before join HCD GLOBAL, Mr GUO had full experience of consulting training and senior management in consulting training industry. He used to have a position as a vice president and chief manager in the biggest local consulting firm in china. He was responsible for operation management, project implementation of consulting dept and lead the branch team to hit sales target.

Mr Guo have experienced in marketing, strategy implementation and project management. He focus in company strategy consulting, team execution building up and consulting research of executives leadership as well as the 8090s management style.

He has served a lot of leading companies in the industries, including: IKEA,COCA-COLA,KOSE,WANKE,TCL,Conbagroup,Chinalife,Minsheng,Bank,Giant Pharmaceutical, LOVO, YaDi Group, Beingmate and Fapai Group.
