From 1996 onwards, Cindy worked at three world famous multinational companies of consumer goods, getting promoted from an assistant up to the regional marketing and sales director.

In 2003, she joined the consulting industry and worked for China Career, a well-known head-hunting company, where she was in charge of searching for personnel for the Chinese consumer goods and advertising industry. She successfully selected occupation managers and outstanding professionals as core management for many renowned companies. 

In 2005, she joined the prominent enterprise management consulting firm Tack International as a senior consultant and trainer.  She offered her services to multinational enterprises and domestic listed companies in such areas as staff development, business growth and efficiency enhancement.

From 2009 to present , she has been working as a senior consultant who provides solutions for domestic listed companies.
