Charles Ho is a specialist and certified trainer of Global Leadership Development Program, New Supervisor/Manager Seminar, Sales Management Training as well as Insights, Performance Management, the Art of Leading Change, and Effective Presentations Seminars. He is also an expert in the pharmaceutical industry with over twenty-five years of experience with Eli Lilly.

Charles joined Eli Lilly in 1974, and has been working in numerous locations including the United States, Taiwan, Thailand and Mainland China as various functional leaders including marketing Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager, Sales Director and Greater China Training and Development Director. He has conducted a great number of workshops and programs throughout United States, Singapore, Taiwan, and Mainland China. In addition, he served as the Director of Executive Education at CEIBS. He successfully established the “Hospital Management in the New Millennium” Diploma Program with a joint effort from China Institute of Health Economics that was attended by 140 hospital presidents and vice presidents.
